Younnia Mendo Summerkamp, age 66, Of Waterford, Wisconsin formerly of Algonquin passed away in the comfort of her home, surrounded by and under the care of her family on Tuesday morning, November 22, 2022. Younnia was born on August 12, 1956, in Lebanon and was the daughter of the late Lazar and Zarda (nee Ephraim) Mendo. She was a resident of Waterford, WI for the past 25 years. Younnia was also an Orthodox Christian by faith.

Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Brian J. Summerkamp; her children, Tom (Nina) Sibo and Rannia (Chauncy) Reddy; her grandchildren: Danielle, Anthony, Joey, Jax, Rylan, Dylan, Giovanni, and Myles. Other survivors include her siblings Abraham, George, John, Beatrice, and Rhoda Mendo, along with their spouses and children, her Summerkamp in-laws, many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in Miller Funeral Home in West Dundee. Burial will follow at River Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in West Dundee. Visitation will be held at Miller Funeral Home on Monday, November 28, 2022, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Please omit flowers.
