Eleanor R. Gaber, age 90, of Lake in The Hills passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022, at St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin. Eleanor was born in Chicago on March 22, 1932, and was the daughter of the late Jack & Rose(nee Swan) Wright.

Eleanor was a resident of the Lake in the Hills Area for over 15 years. Prior to retirement, she had worked as a Medical Secretary/Assistant.

Survivors include her 3 children; Cindy Miller, Denise(Larry) Edmunds, and James( Candy) Dombrowski. Other survivors include her 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, her sister; Gloria Donnelley, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband; Arthur Dombrowski, her second husband; Jack Gaber, her son; Dennis Dombrowski and her daughter; Frances McNeil.

Private Family Funeral Services followed by burial will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 222 at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Elgin with Rev. Chris Kuhn, officiating.
