Deanna “JEAN” Haussmann age 74, of Schaumburg and a former many year resident of Elk Grove Village, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Jean was born in Chicago on April 19, 1948, and was the daughter of the late John & June (nee Brown) Hoffman.

Jean loved spending any free time that she and Bill had at their lake house in Delavan, Wisconsin with family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 47 years, William H. “ Bill” Haussmann; their children, William B. and his wife Bridget M. Haussmann and Melissa B. and her husband Edward Dabrowski. Jean is also survived by her four grandchildren all of whom she loved and was very proud of, Mason, Lizzy, Emma, and Ella; her brother; her sisters, as well as her nieces, nephews, and countless good and faithful friends.

At Jean’s request, she will be cremated. Her family has decided to mourn their loss privately. They will be planning a celebration of her life in 2023.
