Anna Didenko Waskow, age 74, of Carpentersville passed away on Thursday morning, November 3, 2022, at Alden Estates of Barrington. Anna was born on June 15, 1948, in Germany and was the daughter of the late Ivan and Tekla (nee Wasyliu) Didenko. On April 25, 1970, she married Jerry R. Waskow. Jerry preceded Anna in death on April 21, 2010, after 40 years of marriage. Anna was a resident of the Carpentersville area for over 50 years and was a member of the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in East Dundee.

Survivors include her daughter, Kelly (Faron) Greene; son-in-law, Ron Morvay; grandchildren, Quentin and Dylan Morvay, and Lindsey and David Greene. Other survivors include her siblings, Catherine (Dennis Sr.) Mierzwa, Jan (Ron) Teeple, Mike Sr. (Kim) Didenko, and Linda Sabella, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to her parents and her husband, Anna was preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly R. Morvay; grandson, Cameron Morvay; her brother, John Didenko, and her sister, Mary Godinez.

Family and friends will gather for Funeral Services on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, in East Dundee with Rev. William P. Yonker, Senior Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow at Dundee Township East Cemetery, East Dundee. Visitation will be held at Miller Funeral Home in West Dundee from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022, and again on Tuesday morning at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
